My monthy comes on too early. Althought he flow is good but it is thin. I am so irritable, and my head aches when I have my menses. Sometimes even my nose bleeds. My eyesight of late has become very weak. When I get up in the morning, I feel as if all my teeth are stuck together. Ther is so much of pain in my muscles that i feel like my muscles are being torn out.
What's my remedy?
