I come back home after 6 months at sea and I get an Asthma. My chest hurts. When i cough i can feel the mucus loose and rattling but i can't seem to get it out. I feel my lung is a sponge and are filled with smoke. Sometimes I lose my voice. My doctor says my heart is enlarged due to my years of sports and gymnastics when I was a child. Every time I breathe in my throat feels cold. What's the remedy?
