Increasing loss of flesh and weight in pthisical patients; emaciation in children, extreme aggravation from slight physical exertion.The symptoms predominate on the right side. He suffers from a sudden impulse to kill somebody. Very talkative at times, mirthful; changeable moods and alternating conditions of mind; a degree of mental prostration prevails continuously.The voice is hoarse, rough and weak and finally lost; respiration is fast and asthmatic; respiration is difficult at night, on ascending, on exertion and motion, with palpitation; respiration is irregular, rattling, short, suffocative and wheezing.
