WHAT'S THE REMEDY FOR TOM?

Tired Tom has marked prostration, Becomes anxious and irritable without any causation. Tongue is thickly furred and appetite is gone, Suffers from hyperacidity and weakness is shown ; Though it disturbs, has craving for water, Eggs cause diarrhoea and whole digestion is shattered. Palpitation gives a feeling his heart has stopped, Open air relieves his suffocation but needs a pill to be popped ! Breathing becomes difficult as he is ascending.. T'is circulatory weakness and dyspnoea on him is always descending. Has weakness of limbs with hands and feet becoming cold... A right remedy will surely make him bold !!
