S: Skin cold and clammy or hot perspiration,bluish,purplish appearance,with very painful ulcers,carbuncles etc. IMPORTANT:The absence of aggravation modality with regard to SLEEP,however does not contraindicate LACHESIS,if other PQRS symptoms point to lachesis on repertorisation.
