An elderly lady of 65 yrs, a known hypertensive for the past 30 years on BP control allopathic medication, complains of cough , cold , feeling of malaise , run down feeling, weak, for the past one day, started with pain in the throat due to , maybe some indiscretion in diet (pickle) and also due to the cold weather which has suddenly set in , she feels cold and wishes to be covered, she also said that she is feeling slight difficulty in breathing due to cough and wheezing... and she is afebrile at present but feels may get fever after sometime..
Can anyone rescue her with the appropriate similimum ?
