"And my bowel movements too are not very good, earlier I would hurry as soon I w'd wake up," she said. Any other medication are you taking? "Yes, for Blood pressure control, and also for a month I have been on Alprazolam,(an addictive anti anxiety pill-allopathic) but now my dr suggested Lonazap, since alprazolam is addictive, to get sleep, but even after taking those drugs Iam not able to sleep, I get to sleep very late, keep waking in between. Now I wish to discontinue those allopathic pills for sleep, can you give me something to get good sleep, pl don't prescribe for the constipation, that I shall take care by modifying my diet."
