ACUTE RESCUE : A female patient, 35 yrs of age, complained of severe headache since morning as soon as she woke up, gradually it worsened and localised on the left side of head eyeball and top of head , cannot open eyes, due to headache, sick feeling nausea but not vomited, combiflam taken by her at home -no change, Spigelia 200 which she had at home too taken, without any relief.
