ACUTE RESCUE : A boy aged 20, presents with a severe sensation of dust in throat, started after drinking cold water, 3 hrs of playing after, feeling as if I will choke, cannot lie down, my mouth is getting filled with water every few minutes and when I swallow this my stomach feels so full, I feel vomitish, feel head heavy, and I just cannot lie down....contd in 1st comment ..
