A native of Carlisle, Arkansas, Dr. Forster (1882-1983) was a licensed Homeopath physician who passed the Arkansas boards in 1903. After attending St. Mary's Academy in Little Rock, Dr. Forster studied medicine at the Homeopathic Medical College in St. Louis, MO. During the summers, she assisted her father, Dr. George Thomas Screeton, in his office and during house calls in Carlisle.
