Italian actress and model Monica Bellucci relies on natural remedies to maintain her youthful appearance and says she will use homeopathy first before trying hormone therapies as she approaches menopause.
"Menopause? I'm mentally ready, and I'm not afraid," the 47-year-old star told the Italian edition of Vanity Fair.
"I am a huge supporter of homeopathy. I'll try the natural treatments first of all and only later I'll see if I need the traditional hormone therapies," she said. She added that she was not afraid of the ageing process and would rather mature gracefully than go for cosmetic surgery. “Wrinkles are better than a plastic face.”
