G., aged thirty-eight, has had frequent attacks of renal colic, for which he has usually taken Opium or other narcotics. Duration of the paroxysm usually about six hours. The first time I was called, under the influence of Remedy X 3CH the paroxysm lasted five hours.
There was then a much longer interval. The second attack I gave him Remedy X 200CH, and the duration of the paroxysm was only two hours. Has now been free from an attack for over five months.
